At E-BOX BD, we are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer a Replacement Warranty to make things right.


✅ Products Eligible for Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The product is physically damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product or missing parts/accessories.
  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in original condition (with box, tags, manuals, etc.).

📦 Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at contact@eboxbd.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the claim and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • We will arrange for pickup or ask you to return the product.
  • Once received and inspected, a free replacement will be shipped within 2–5 working days.

⚠️ Conditions for Replacement

  • Replacement is only available for the same product/model.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
    • Electrical damage due to power issues (unless otherwise covered)
    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

🚫 Non-Replacement Items

The following are not eligible for replacement under warranty:

  • Products labeled as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or invoice

🕒 Warranty Duration

  • Warranty duration varies by product and is mentioned on the product page.
  • Most eligible products come with a 3 to 7-day replacement warranty, unless specified otherwise.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

Please keep your order invoice or confirmation email as proof of purchase. Claims without proof of purchase may be rejected.
